 The Charter Club is a gated community of 203 homes on off Martin Downs Blvd.  This community was developed in 1988. It has a great location and only a short distance to shopping, the Turnpike, public an private golf courses. Homes in The Charter Club range from 1 to 2 story homes with garages. The Charter Club is a wonderful and safe community neighborhood that’s close to ‘A’ rated schools.  The Charter Club at Martin Downs is a great place to call home.
